High-performance Sartomer® and N3xtDimension® resins, Rilsan® PA11, Pebax® TPE and Kepstan® PEKK polymers enable the widespread adoption of the additive manufacturing resulting is reduced materials use and ability to produce lightweight parts. The portfolio also offers some market leading renewable based solutions for customers and partners.

Liquid Resins for UV Curing

N3XTDIMENSION® line of UV-curable engineered resins:  contains elastomeric resins, prototyping resins, water-washable resins and toughness resins, etc. They help additive manufacturers achieve high performance and foster the adoption of 3D printing to new industrial applications.
  • Elastomeric resins (PRO32907 & PRO32908) offer a good resilience and high elongation with low odor
  • Prototyping resins (PRO32754 & PRO32756) offer a high reactivity with fast curing speed
  • Water-washable resin (PRO32860) offers a good crack resistance with very fast curing speed
  • Toughness resins (PRO32857 & PRO32858) offer a high strength with excellent tensile and flexibility

 

 

Thermoplastic Powders for Powder Bed Fusion

  • Rilsan® Polyamide 11: Rilsan® Polyamide 11 is a high-performance polyamide 100% sourced from a renewable raw material. It has outstanding impact resistance, higher ductility and elasticity, and is the material of choice to design and manufacture final production parts by additive manufacturing.  Parts made from Rilsan® polyamide powders display superior mechanical properties and weight saving, are now used in the fields of cars, trucks, planes and medical devices.
  • Pebax® thermoplastic elastomers are an incredibly versatile range of materials.  They are extremely lightweight, flexible, fatigue resistant, impact resistant, and exhibit unmatched energy return compared to alternative materials like TPU.
  • Kepstan® PEKK (PolyEtherKetoneKetone) is the latest addition to the PAEK (Poly-Aryl-Ether-Ketone) family, and is ideally suited for metal replacement thanks to its very high service temperature, chemical resistance, and excellent fire retardancy.

Thermoplastic Pellets for Filament Extrusion

  • Kynar® PVDF: As one of the most durable polymers in the world, Kynar® PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) has been trusted for decades in the most demanding industrial applications. It exhibits high thermal stability up to 130°C and is extremely resistant to harsh chemicals and UV radiation. PVDF is specified for printing chemical processing equipment, fluid transport parts, outdoor exposed elements, or fixtures.
  • Pebax® thermoplastic elastomers: Pebax® TPE (Polyether block amide copolymers) are highly regarded for their lightness, unmatched energy return, and cold temperature durability. Pebax® resins offer the highly desirable combination of toughness and elasticity, and are world renowned for their use in sports, industrial, and footwear applications.
  • Kepstan® PEKK (PolyEtherKetoneKetone): is an extreme performance thermoplastic, and thanks to its highly stable chemical backbone, mechanical and thermal strength, tremendous chemical, and fire resistance, it is the highest physical performance of any thermoplastic material currently available for 3D printing.
