Together, we build long-lasting links, take action, and contribute to social progress
With local residents and communities around the Group's sites, as well as civil society, NGOs, public authorities and professional associations, we have established a lasting relationship of trust in order to inform about our activities, and we are committed to communicating in a transparent and accountable manner. An innovative approach of open exchange, formalized for nearly 20 years under the Common Ground® label.
In addition, we strive to promote the individual development and collective commitment of the Company’s men and women. Our global human resource policy places a key focus on the development of skills, talents and mobility, as well as the promotion of cultural and gender diversity, and the prevention of discrimination.
While diversity is important, it is not enough. We must be inclusive. We must bring people into our Group not because they are different, but because they are capable and complementary.
