With local residents and communities around the Group's sites, as well as civil society, NGOs, public authorities and professional associations, we have established a lasting relationship of trust in order to inform about our activities, and we are committed to communicating in a transparent and accountable manner. An innovative approach of open exchange, formalized for nearly 20 years under the Common Ground® label.

In addition, we strive to promote the individual development and collective commitment of the Company’s men and women. Our global human resource policy places a key focus on the development of skills, talents and mobility, as well as the promotion of cultural and gender diversity, and the prevention of discrimination.

While diversity is important, it is not enough. We must be inclusive. We must bring people into our Group not because they are different, but because they are capable and complementary.

Arkema’s vigilance regarding respects for Human Rights applies to its own operations, across its value chain and notably to its suppliers and subcontractors, and is part of its due diligence process while evaluating potential acquisitions.

Arkema’s commitment is set out in its Human Rights Policy.

Finally, on a global scale, the Group places great importance in conducting its activities in line with the principles and rules of ethics, integrity and compliance. So, collectively and individually, we make sure that we observe and implement the laws and regulations in force as well as best practices in the conduct of our business.
