Taixing Sunke Chemicals Co., Ltd.

 

Established in 2012, the state-of-the-art Taixing plant is a world-class glacial acrylic acid and butyl acrylate plant. Taixing plant has nearly 400 professional employees and its 3 acrylic acid production lines have an annual production capacity of 480,000 tons.

With the Taixing plant, Arkema secures a global supply position  with production of acrylic monomers in each of the region, allowing it to serve its global and regional customers with the best quality service.

MILESTONES

-     In 2014, Arkema’s acrylics segment and Sunke established a joint venture.

-     In 2015, Arkema extended the period for it to exercise its call option to increase its share in Sunke.

-     In 2019, Arkema completed the acquisition of its partner’s stake in Taixing Sunke Chemicals Co. Ltd..
